Our lovely apartment is uniquely situated in the very heart and center of Bairro Alto, one of the oldest, most central and fun neighborhoods of the city.

The space

The apartment is 40 m2. Our lovely apartment is uniquely situated in the very heart and center of Bairro Alto, one of the oldest, most central and fun neighborhoods of the city.The space and design is meant to be true to this ubiquitous area, while also being comfortable to lounge around in and to relax from the nightly revels as well as to observe the fun from above (behind double paned glass windows). The apartment features a spacious living room, cosy bedroom with a queen size bed and a big closet, and a separate kitchen space with full amenities. In the kitchen, you have a foldable table to get the most of the space. Some of the items that the apartment features is: a Nespresso machine, washer/dryer machine, and a smart TV with Netflix!

The neighbourhood

One of the oldest, most central, and fun neighborhoods in the city, Bairro Alto dates back to the 16th-century and was famously home to many bohemian artists and writers. Quiet during the day, the area buzzes with nightlife when the sun goes down.

House rules

Staying at our property, and local laws, require that you sign a rental contract with the owner of the property. We will send you a link to sign the contract shortly after you book. We will not be able to host you and reserve the right to cancel your reservation should you choose not to sign the contract.

- Check-in 3PM-11PM. Access is by Self Check-in. You need to let us know your time of arrival in advance, please.

- Check-out Time 11:00 am

No parties - It is a residential property. please respect the neighbors and avoid any unpleasant situations.

- Mandatory submission of check-in details for PT immigration required by law. We will ask you to fill your details in the chekin platform. We will not be able to check you in without this information submitted.

-No smoking allowed

- Toilet - Please don't throw sanitary napkins, wipes of any kind, or too much paper into the bathroom.

- Be careful with your belongings. We take no responsibility for your forgotten belongings.

- Keys - If you use keys, don't forget to put them back in the Lock Box. It's imperative. You have the code in your instructions.

Fees:

- Check-in with a present person -
This apartment is self check-in. If you require an in-person check-in the fee is 30 Euro and is subject to pre-approval.

- Keys - If you lock yourself out we will charge 30 Euro and you will have to go pick up an emergency key from another location. If you leave the key inside the door or lose it, The Fee will be 80€ or more.

Guest access

We provide all the information you need, and we are always here to help.
On the day of your check-in, please pay attention to your email. We will once again send you all the check-in details.

Interaction with guests

We are available when needed but give guests space.

Let us know if you have any special requests, and we will do our best to provide them!

Other things to note

This is one of the oldest building in Bairro Alto, from before the earthquake.

This is a residential building in the historic center of Lisbon. These are old buildings, and soundproofing is not what you will get in a hotel. Its possible that you will hear the neighbors, kids, dogs, and street noise.

ONLY STAIRS - You must know that there is no elevator, only stairs, remember that because of the luggage!

LUGGAGE - If you arrive in the morning or your flight is after check-out time on the day of departure, we recommend leaving your luggage in the safe in the city center.

- Garbage: There are garbage bins in the street!

We provide guest assistance between 9AM to 11PM Monday - Friday and from 2 PM to 8PM on weekends. We will not be able to respond outside these hours.
