A renovated and beautiful 1BR apartment located in the heart and center of Feira da Ladra, where they have markets every Tuesday and Saturday. It is a short walk from the center of Alfama, where you have live music, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful, narrow streets and you can Immerse in the beautiful city and river views from the French balcony.

The space

Bright, comfortable, clean, modern, and easy to maintain. With all of the comforts of a home away from home. It is fully furnished, has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a large bathroom, and a social bathroom. Some of the items that the apartment features are: a Nespresso machine, washer/dryer and A / C.

The neighbourhood

The area is very vibrant, and always has some fun neighborhood events going on. It is an easy walk to the train station of Santa Apolonia and is very close to the board walk.

House rules

Staying at our property, and local laws, require that you sign a rental contract with the owner of the property. We will send you a link to sign the contract shortly after you book. We will not be able to host you and reserve the right to cancel your reservation should you choose not to sign the contract.

- Check-in 10AM - 5PM. You will need to pick-up the key from our office or we can meet you at the property for a fee of 30 Euros.
- Check-out Time 11:00 am (late check-out is available for a fee of 50 Euro)

No parties - It is a residential property. please respect the neighbors and avoid any unpleasant situations.

-No smoking allowed

- Toilet - Please don't throw sanitary napkins, wipes of any kind, or too much paper into the bathroom.

- Be careful with your belongings. We take no responsibility for your forgotten belongings.

Fees:

- Check-in with a present person -
If you require an in-person check-in the fee is 30 Euro and is subject to pre-approval.

- Keys - If you lock yourself out we will charge 30 Euro and you will have to go pick up an emergency key from another location. If you leave the key inside the door or lose it, The Fee will be 80€ or more.

- If you require the baby crib, It has a one-time cost of €35. Please let us know in advance.

All utilities are included with fair use - Electricity, Water, Cable & Internet.

We can consider accepting more than 1 PET on a case-by-case request, but there will be an additional charge of 300 Euro for the extra PET and also an additional 150 Euro/per month per pet for any month beyond the first month.

We provide all the information you need, and we are always here to help.
On the day of your check-in, please pay attention to your email. We will once again send you all the check-in details.

Interaction with guests

We offer a 24h service.During nights and weekends only through a phone call.

Other things to note

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with no lift.
