This is a lovely, recently renovated apartment in the vibrant neighborhood of Alcantara! This area has a lot going on, and you will be just a few minutes walk to the congress center and close to many beautiful locations like the river boardwalk, the marina, and the LX factory. Easy access to public transportation with two main train stations in proximity, The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home when away from home.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one has a closet, we also have a washer and drying machine and two french balconies. The apartment is easily accessible to public transportation.Its on the 1st floor without many stairs.
Where to go and what to do:
There are lots of local cafes around with excellent pastries and coffee, we really like cafe Tanite for their pastries in the morning in Largo do Calvário, just walk left and you will see it! The area has many restaurants as well.
LX Factory is an amazing place to go to as well, there are many amazing shops, galleries and restaurants there!
We love Lavanda-just next door, it is absolutely lovely for brunches, coffee or amazing smoothies! Note that they close at 5pm!
Groceries: you have two green grocer shops just across the street. There are also two big grocery stores near by, Pingo Doce and Lidl, both are about a 10 minute walk away.
The river board at Docas is a very short walk away and we really recommend going there for a stroll or lunch and dinner and from here you can get to most of the best museums which are lined up along the shore.
Parking: there is a large parking lot right behind the building, just navigate on to nearest parking lot and it will take you there.
The beautiful neighborhood of Belem is also a walk away, or grab a tram from Largo de Calvário and you will be there in 5 minutes. The same for going into the historic center! The trams are the fastest option! Uber and Bolt is also easy and quite cheap as well.
Our city, is a walking city so the more you can walk the more enjoyable your experience will be. There are always fun and interesting nooks and crannies to be found in the city.

There is no elevator; only stairs are available.
We are available for guests inquiries between 9am to 9pm. We will not be able to reply outside of these working hours.
2. Smoking Policy:
- Zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property or on the balcony
- Evidence of smoking (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarettes butts) will immediately result in a €250 smoking fee. When booking our apartment you accept that you agree to this fee being charged for any evidence of smoking by our staff.
3. Basic Amenities Provided:
- We provide a basic amenities starter kit that (such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bags). These amenities are not replenished during your stay. For longer stays you will need to purchase these items yourself.
4 Extra Keys and Cleaning:
- If you lose the key - we will have to charge 100€.
- If you lock yourself out we will have to charge 40€ and you may have to go pick up a replacement key.
- If you leave the key inside the door and lock yourself out, we will have to call a locksmith and the cost can be 250€ or more depending on the time and availability of the locksmith.
5. TV and Streaming:
- We offer a smart TV. Standard channels may not be available.
- To access Netflix or other streaming sites, press the home button on the remote control and choose your preferred streaming service with a connection.
6. During your stay:
- Parties are not allowed. This is a family home, not a party house. Please respect these rules. We will apply a fee of 500 euros fine for partying and for excessive noise reported.
- Do not throw sanitary napkins, wipes, or excess paper in the toilet. Please note that if there is a plumbing issue resulting from improper disposal, guests will be responsible for covering any associated costs incurred by calling a plumber.
- Be cautious with your belongings. We do not assume responsibility for forgotten items.
- Please respect neighbors; this is a residential building.
- Use designated street garbage bins for disposal.
7. Maintenance
If required, the Owner or their designated representative(s), including Housekeeper, caretaker, or repair person, may enter the property at any reasonable time for inspections, maintenance or repairs with a minimum of two (2) hours advance notice to Guest (from when a message is sent through the platform and if possible by SMS and phone). We will try to schedule any such intervention in advance for a time convenient to the guest and in any event where it is possible to give a longer notice, we will do so. We will also knock and alert our presence clearly before entering the apartment. By staying in our apartment you accept that you agree to these terms and will not have the right to refuse entry of our staff for required maintenance. You also accept that by refusing or not allowing our staff to perform maintenance, you waive any right for compensation regarding this issue from the date the repair/intervention was offered.

*Sofa Bed:*
- Please inform us in advance if the bed needs to be done.
*Baby Crib:*
- A one-time cost of €35 applies if you require a baby crib. Please let us know in advance as we can not guarantee last minute requests.
*Pet Policy:*
- Cats and dogs are allowed with an additional cleaning fee defined by your booking channel. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or extra cleaning incurred by their pets.

This is a residential building in the historic center of Lisbon. These are old buildings, and soundproofing is not what you will get in a hotel. Its possible that you will hear the neighbors, kids, dogs, and street noise.
ONLY STAIRS - You must know that there is no elevator, only stairs, remember that because of the luggage!
LUGGAGE - If you arrive in the morning or your flight is after check-out time on the day of departure, we recommend leaving your luggage in the safe in the city center.
- Garbage: There are garbage bins in the street!
We provide guest assistance between 9AM to 9PM Monday - Friday and from 2 PM to 8PM on weekends. We will not be able to respond outside these hours.
