The space and design are meant to be true to this ubiquitous area, while also being comfortable to lounge around in and relax from the nightly revels as well as to observe the fun from above (behind double-paned glass windows). The apartment features a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and a closet, a second bedroom with a sofa bed, which can also moonlight as an excellent office space, a kitchen space with full amenities.
One of the oldest, most central, and fun neighborhoods in the city, Bairro Alto dates back to the 16th century and was famously home to many bohemian artists and writers. Quiet during the day, the area buzzes with nightlife when the sun goes down. It's also really close to Praça Luís de Camões, also known as Largo de Camões, where you can see a statue of the Portuguese poet from 1867, and also find one of the only parking lots in the neighbourhood!
Staying at our property, and local laws, require that you sign a rental contract with the owner of the property. We will send you a link to sign the contract shortly after you book. We will not be able to host you and reserve the right to cancel your reservation should you choose not to sign the contract.
- Check-in 10AM - 5PM. You will need to pick-up the key from our office or we can meet you at the property for a fee of 30 Euros.
-You need to let us know your time of arrival in advance, please.
- Check-out Time 11:00 am (late check-out is available for a fee of 50 Euro)
No parties - It is a residential property. please respect the neighbors and avoid any unpleasant situations.
-No smoking allowed
- Toilet - Please don't throw sanitary napkins, wipes of any kind, or too much paper into the bathroom.
- Mandatory submission of check-in details for PT immigration required by law. We will ask you to fill your details in the chekin platform. We will not be able to check you in without this information submitted.
- Be careful with your belongings. We take no responsibility for your forgotten belongings.
Fees:
- Keys - If you lock yourself out we will charge 30 Euro and you will have to go pick up an emergency key from another location. If you leave the key inside the door or lose it, The Fee will be 80€ or more.
- If you require the baby crib, It has a one-time cost of €160. Please let us know in advance.
We provide all the information you need, and we are always here to help.
On the day of your check-in, please pay attention to your email. We will once again send you all the check-in details.
We are available when needed but give guests space.

This is a residential building in the historic center of Lisbon. These are old buildings, and soundproofing is not what you will get in a hotel. Its possible that you will hear the neighbors, kids, dogs, and street noise.
ONLY STAIRS - You must know that there is no elevator, only stairs, remember that because of the luggage!
LUGGAGE - If you arrive in the morning or your flight is after check-out time on the day of departure, we recommend leaving your luggage in the safe in the city center.
