2 Bathrooms This is a beatiful, spacious and newly renovated, 2BR apartment that comes fully furnished and includes an amazing garden area. All rooms are equipped with an air conditioner and there is a unique garden area with a fig tree, lemon tree, and loquat tree for relaxing out to enjoy your coffee or to read a book. Some of the items that the apartment features are: a Nespresso machine, a large Sony 4K HDR Smart TV and a washer / dryer. Total area of the apartment 120m². Garden area is 60m2.
The apartment is fully furnished, has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen size beds, a bedroom attached to the master bedroom which is an office and a closet area, a large bathroom and a small guest bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. It has a unique garden area with a fig tree, lemon tree and loquat tree to relax and have a coffee or read a book.
It is a short walk from Rua Largo da Graça which has many cafes and restaurants, shops and services. Also a short walk from where the Feira da Ladra markets are held every Tuesday and Saturday, and the center of Alfama where you have live music, cafes, restaurants and beautiful narrow streets.
Staying at our property, and local laws, require that you sign a rental contract with the owner of the property. We will send you a link to sign the contract shortly after you book. We will not be able to host you and reserve the right to cancel your reservation should you choose not to sign the contract.
- Check-in 10AM - 5PM. You will need to pick-up the key from our office or we can meet you at the property for a fee of 30 Euros.
- Check-out Time 11:00 am (late check-out is available for a fee of 50 Euro)
No parties - It is a residential property. please respect the neighbors and avoid any unpleasant situations.

- Toilet - Please don't throw sanitary napkins, wipes of any kind, or too much paper into the bathroom.
- Be careful with your belongings. We take no responsibility for your forgotten belongings.
Fees:
- Check-in with a present person -
If you require an in-person check-in the fee is 30 Euro and is subject to pre-approval.
- Keys - If you lock yourself out we will charge 30 Euro and you will have to go pick up an emergency key from another location. If you leave the key inside the door or lose it, The Fee will be 80€ or more.
- If you require the baby crib, It has a one-time cost of €35. Please let us know in advance.
All utilities are included with fair use - Electricity, Water, Cable & Internet.
We can consider accepting more than 1 PET on a case-by-case request, but there will be an additional charge of 300 Euro for the extra PET and also an additional 150 Euro/per month per pet for any month beyond the first month.
We provide all the information you need, and we are always here to help.
On the day of your check-in, please pay attention to your email. We will once again send you all the check-in details.
We offer as much interaction as the guest needs however this is considered as a long term rental stay. No services are included.
