1 Bathroom This lovely apartment has private access and is located in a small, very calm, and quiet alcove of the neighborhood in Estrela. It is located right by the beautiful Praca de Armada and within a short walk to many great restaurants cafes, and bars.
The apartment has a small, but full kitchen, a nice bathroom with a heating rack and the bedroom has a closet. There is a washer/dryer machine as well. The living room has a smart TV, a couch bed and a dining table. There is street parking just outside of the apartment as well as a large parking lot at the Marina which is about a 10 minute walk away.
This is a very calm and pretty neighborhood, every type of service needed is just next door. There are many great restaurants of all types, cafes, bars and shops just next door.
Staying at our property, and local laws, require that you sign a rental contract with the owner of the property. We will send you a link to sign the contract shortly after you book. We will not be able to host you and reserve the right to cancel your reservation should you choose not to sign the contract.
Pets are allowed but there is an extra fee and we need to be warned in advance.
