Step into our newly renovated, two-floor haven in Sintra, where every moment feels like a fairy tale. With a beatiful japanesse style garden and picturesque views of Sintra's old town, and the moorish castle our home offers a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort.
The house boasts three inviting bedrooms and three bathrooms including a luxurious bathtub. Open windows on both floors, including ceiling windows on the second floor, allow you to gaze at the stars from the comfort of your room.
Relax in one of our two cozy living rooms, or enjoy the serene atmosphere of the garden. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, making it a delight to prepare meals.
Conveniently located near the train station and the center of Sintra, our home is an ideal base for exploring the area's historic castles and attractions. Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or an adventurous getaway, our enchanting townhouse promises an unforgettable stay.
Our house is ideally located in the heart of Sintra, just a 2-minute walk from the central train station. This prime location provides easy access to the charming historic center of Sintra, where you can explore a variety of local shops, restaurants, and cafes. The renowned castles of Sintra, including the Moorish Castle and Pena Palace, are just a short journey away, making it the perfect base for sightseeing and enjoying all the cultural treasures Sintra has to offer.
Moving furniture is strictly forbidden
- We spent a great deal of time and money in setting up the house and the furniture. Guests may not move, replace, or otherwise use furniture or appliances outside their original location, especially not to the outside space. Moving furniture or appliances is a violation of the house rules and you consent to a 200 Euro fee without proof of damage should this occur.
The walls are not for painting
If you're coming with kids, please make sure the walls stay clean. Drawing, painting, stepping, or marking the walls in any way is strictly forbidden. Each wall found to be painted/drawn on will be charged with a 500 Euro reconditioning fee. Please respect our house as if it is yours and avoid unpleasant situations.
- If there is anything wrong or male functioned, please let us know immediately. We regularly check the house between guests.
- Mandatory submission of check-in details for PT immigration required by law. We will ask you to fill your details in the chekin platform. We will not be able to check you in without this information submitted.
-No smoking or pets allowed
- Toilet - Please don't throw sanitary napkins, wipes of any kind, or too much paper into the bathroom.
- Be careful with your belongings. We take no responsibility for your forgotten belongings.
- Sofa Bed - If you need to use the Sofa Bed or the extra linens and towels, please let us know in advance to ensure we have everything you need.
1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Self check-in property or Personal check-in
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 11PM unless pre-communicated and agreed
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
-Accessibility: Our apartment is not accessible
There is no elevator; only stairs are available.
2. Smoking Policy:
- Zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property
- Evidence of smoking (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarettes butts) will immediately result in a €250 smoking fee. When booking our apartment you accept that you agree to this fee being charged for any evidence of smoking by our staff.
3. Basic Amenities Provided:
- We provide a basic amenities starter kit that (such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bags). These amenities are not replenished during your stay. For longer stays you will need to purchase these items yourself. For stays longer than 14 days we provide a cleaning session once a week which includes changing towls, linen and essentials.
4 Extra Keys and Cleaning:
- If you lose the key, lock yourself out, or if you leave the key inside the door and lock yourself out, - we will have to charge up to 250€. depending on the effort involved and if a locksmith is required.
5. TV and Streaming:
- We offer a smart TV. Standard channels may not be available.
- To access Netflix or other streaming sites, press the home button on the remote control and choose your preferred streaming service with a connection.
6. During your stay:
- Parties are not allowed. We will apply a fee of 500 euros fine for partying and for excessive noise reported.
- Please do not throw sanitary napkins, wipes, or excess paper in the toilet. Please note that if there is a plumbing issue resulting from improper disposal, guests will be responsible for covering any associated costs incurred by calling a plumber.
- Be cautious with your belongings. We do not assume responsibility for forgotten items.
- Please respect neighbors; this is a residential building.
- Use designated street garbage bins for disposal.
7. Maintenance
If required, the Owner or their designated representative(s), including Housekeeper, caretaker, or repair person, may enter the property at any reasonable time for inspections, maintenance or repairs with a minimum of two (2) hours advance notice to Guest (from when a message is sent through the platform and if possible by SMS and phone). We will try to schedule any such intervention in advance for a time convenient to the guest and in any event where it is possible to give a longer notice, we will do so. We will also knock and alert our presence clearly before entering the apartment. By staying in our apartment you accept that you agree to these terms and will not have the right to refuse entry of our staff for required maintenance. You also accept that by refusing or not allowing our staff to perform maintenance, you waive any right for compensation regarding this issue from the date the repair/intervention was offered.
*Baby Crib:*
- A one-time cost of €35 applies if you require a baby crib. Please let us know in advance as we can not guarantee last minute requests.
Guests can use everything inside in its original location.
We are available when needed but give guests space.
