The space

Welcome to our charming private house in the historic center of Évora.

This two-story home offers a comfortable and authentic experience with the privacy of a separate entrance. The spacious rooms combine traditional character with modern amenities, making it ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends.

The house includes two large bedrooms located on the second floor, a spacious living room with Smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

There are two bathrooms with showers: one bathroom is located on the first floor and another on the second floor, providing additional convenience for guests.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and a small balcony.

Please note that access between floors is by stairs only. There is no elevator.

To ensure a comfortable stay and respect for our neighbors, please follow these house rules:

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the balcony. A €250 cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking.

• Parties and events are not allowed.

• Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted, especially during night hours.

• Please respect this residential area and keep noise to a minimum.

• Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or excessive paper down the toilets.

• Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and facilities.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Lost keys may result in a replacement charge.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may require an additional cleaning fee.
